Our Vision

‘Sabarmati’ is not merely the name of a river flowing with water, but it’s that which has preserved the past, present, and future of entire Gujarat and especially Ahmedabad in its sphere. It has been a direct witness to the freedom struggle of India to break the shackles of political slavery. Sabarmati Ashram, the workplace of Father Gandhi, is situated on its banks. It has traveled the journey from the Golden Eternal culture to Mughal culture and cultures after that.

Now Radio Sabarmati is present at your service to free you from the prison of slavery of mental weaknesses and vices. The first and foremost goal of this is to fill the everyday lives of everyone with imperishable happiness by teaching the art of living a virtuous life through community radio for the residents of Ahmedabad and through web radio for the entire world. Its objective is to convert houses into homes by uniting family members and enabling them to prosper. That’s why it’s said, “Be happy and prosper!”
